FUD Arises Against Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse
Today, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse comes out with a tweet with rumors from cryptoleaks.info claiming that a certain person named “Kyle Roche” received investment from Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse to, allegedly, go after and sue specifically cryptocurrency companies.
Brad Garlinghouse stated:
“Can’t comment on the validity of the slew of allegations in here, but I can unequivocally say that I have never met or spoken to (much less invested in) Kyle Roche.”
Clearly, none of this is true as Brad Garlinghouse is publicly saying that he has never met nor spoken to Kyle Roche at any point in the past. Just another FUD attack against an incredibly successful billion dollar silicon valley startup looking to disrupt the world of global banking.
It seems that this Kyle Roche character is looking to take advantage of the incredible lack of regulatory clarity in the cryptocurrency space and sue everyone that they can to flip a quick buck on a fast settlement. He has claimed that he has 25 ongoing lawsuits against leading cryptocurrency companies such as Binance. I mean just listen to what this guy has been saying from leaked videos recorded in private.
“I sue half the companies in this space”
“seeing the insides of every single crypto company”
(Because when you sue a company you can demand access to their confidential accounts, commercial data, email and social media communications and more, using a special legal process known as “discovery”)
This just seems like a bottom-feeding cockroach that will take advantage of anything to make money regardless of the moral implications. No reason for him to drag Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse into this when he has never talked to him or met him.
